Stepture luxury brands distribution in Iraq is looking for an experienced Office Assistant-Erbil Responsibilities: Receiving visitors, ensuring presentation of valid personal , and directing them to the correct office and/or staff. Manage and prepper office for new employees. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms Develop and maintain a filing system Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques Operating telephones switchboard, direct /receive calls as required. Responsible for telephone lines and reception screen Arrange and fix the Schedule for the meetings room Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, or any related field Two years of experience in the same position. Computer skills: very good command of all MS Office. Female Age Above 26 years High professional in English, Kurdish, and Arabic is required.
