We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in all our operations. Job Summary We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced HSE Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be certified in IOSH and other relevant higher certifications, with extensive knowledge and experience in welding and installation of sphere tanks, particularly for hydrogen, isopentane, and LPG. Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. - Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks. - Provide guidance and training to employees on HSE best practices and procedures. - Monitor and analyze incident reports, ensuring corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence. - Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all project plans and activities. - Lead investigations into incidents and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending improvements. - Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all HSE-related activities. - Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, implementing necessary updates to company policies and procedures. Qualifications and Experience - Certified IOSH and other higher certifications in Health, Safety, and Environment. - Proven experience in welding and installation of sphere tanks, specifically for hydrogen, isopentane, and LPG. - Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices in the oil and gas industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and influence employees at all levels. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills - Experience with risk assessment and management. - Knowledge of emergency response planning and implementation. - Proficiency in HSE management software.
