Job Announcement — English Language Trainer A specialized educational institute in Basra is seeking an English Language Trainer to join its training team as part of a modern language program built around interactive discussion, educational games, and real-world communication skills. We are looking for someone who has a genuine passion for teaching languages and can create an engaging learning environment that encourages students to speak confidently and think in English. --- Key Responsibilities Deliver interactive training sessions focused on conversation, discussion, and critical thinking in English. Facilitate innovative learning activities such as language games, thinking exercises, and group activities. Support participants in improving their fluency and building confidence while speaking. Guide students through activities including short text analysis, discussions, and presentations. Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their language skills. --- Requirements Fluent or near-native proficiency in English. A confident and sociable personality capable of leading discussions and engaging with groups. Comfortable encouraging participants to speak actively and participate. Ability to apply modern and creative teaching approaches. Preferably a regular reader in English with an interest in language and culture. Candidates who are multilingual or speak additional languages are preferred. Ability to work in a training environment focused on interaction and practical learning, rather than traditional lecture-style teaching. Preferably a young trainer close in age to the expected participants, helping create a more natural and relatable learning environment. --- Important Notes Shortlisted trainers will be introduced to the training philosophy and structure of the program during the selection process.
