The objective is to successfully empower female community leaders and youth activists to lead inclusive peacebuilding initiatives, fostering equality between men and women, social cohesion, and conflict resolution at the community level. WEO is looking for an Expert Consultant to develop Policy Briefs on Women and Conflict Transformation. In coordination with WEO, the consultant’s responsibilities will be: 1. Conduct participatory research and Analysis 2. Development of Two Policy Briefs addressing the topics outlined in the ToR 3. Facilitation of three roundtable discussions to present the findings and engage stakeholders. 4. Report documenting discussions and key outcomes from the RTDs for reporting and advocacy purposes.
