Job Description: HR Assistant Company: Nandrlon Pharmaceutical Group Location: Erbil, Erbil Office Position Overview Nandrlon Pharmaceutical Group is seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department at our Erbil office. The HR Assistant will handle a variety of administrative tasks, assist with employee relations, and contribute to the smooth functioning of HR operations. Qualifications Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an HR role. Prior experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare company is a plus. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Language: Proficiency in Arabic and Kurdish; English is a plus.
