Working in a dynamic environment, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our systems, providing technical support, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our technology-driven services.Key Responsibilities: System Maintenance and Administration: Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and software applications to guarantee optimal performance. Conduct regular system audits and updates to ensure compliance with industry standards. Network Management: Oversee the hotel's network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, and connectivity solutions. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure smooth integration of IT systems with guest services. Guest Support: Provide timely and courteous technical support to guests for in-room technology, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a System Administrator, preferably in a hospitality environment. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, CompTIA Security+, etc.) are advantageous.
