📢 Job Opportunity: Autism Center Supervisor One of the autism centers is looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee daily operations, support a professional team, and ensure high-quality services for children with autism. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Supervise therapists and staff, ensuring best practices in autism care. ✅ Develop and implement individualized programs for children. ✅ Coordinate with families, providing guidance and support. ✅ Manage staff training, schedules, and professional development. ✅ Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and ethical standards. ✅ Collaborate with healthcare professionals, NGOs, and other stakeholders. Qualifications & Skills: 🔹 Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, or a related field. 🔹 Minimum 4-5 years of experience working with children with autism, including managerial or supervisory experience. 🔹 Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and evidence-based interventions. 🔹 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 🔹 Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is preferred.
