Espresso Lab is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage financial records, process invoices, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
هەلی کار بۆ ژمێریار ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST opportunity in Erbil Espresso lab -Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Record and classify daily financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts. -Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables. Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and invoices. -General Ledger Maintenance: Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger. Perform month-end and year-end close procedures. Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies. -Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Generate periodic financial reports and analysis for management. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. -Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and practices. -Other Duties: Support other financial and administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting. Qualifications: -Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. -Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounting or a related field. Experience with accounting software and financial management systems. Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
