مووچەی زۆۆۆر باشە کۆمپانیای گەورە لە بواری دروستکردن و دابەشکرنی خۆراک داوای ٢ رڕۆل ئەکات بۆ دو شاری هەولێر و موصڵ: Industry leading food FMCG is hiring for the below position in 2 cities: Position: TM Branch Manager / Project Manager Location: Erbil, Mosul Department: Trade Marketing ~ Reports To: TM Regional Manager Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven TM Branch Manager / Project Manager to lead Trade Marketing execution at the city level. This role is responsible for managing city-based supervisors, ensuring proper execution, and providing feedback and reporting on project progress. The position plays a key role in supporting nationwide campaigns / projects through coordination and control & follow ups. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage all Trade Marketing activities within the assigned branch / business projects. - Supervise and lead the city’s TM Supervisors responsible for executing daily field activities (sampling, merchandising, branding, etc.). - Manage / execute trade marketing campaigns, in-store branding, promotions, and shelf management based on business priorities. - Support the rollout of national trade marketing projects - Ensure proper tracking of activity progress, reporting, and documentation. - Conduct market visits, audits, and performance evaluations for all active trade marketing projects. - Oversee training, performance, and reporting of all branch-level TM staff.
