تعلن شركة عبر الفرات للتجارة العامة وحلول تكنلوجيا المعلومات عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة بعنوان *موظف متابعة نظام تتبع المركبات* OMC call Center operator الواجبات والمسؤوليات: • مراقبة النظام وفهم جميع الاشعارات والتنبيهات الواردة والقيام بإجراء اللازم وحسب التعليمات. • اجراء واستلام الاتصالات الصادرة / الواردة الى المركز. • تسجيل جميع المعلومات ضمن قاعدة البيانات الخاصة بالمركز. • المتابعة مع مشرف الفريق واتباع التوجيهات والتعليمات الإدارية. • القيام بإعداد وأرسال التقارير الى مشرف الفريق وحسب حاجة العمل. المؤهلات المطلوبة: • الخبرة السابقة في مجال خدمة الزبائن ومراكز الاتصالات. • مهارات التواصل مع العملاء. • الحرص ودقة الملاحظة ودقة تسجيل التفاصيل والتبليغ عن حدوث المشاكل. • القدرة على التعامل مع المهام المتعددة بدقة وكفاءة. • يفضل ان يكون المتقدم من سكنة مناطق شارع فلسطين / زيونة والمناطق المجاورة. • يكون نظام العمل بشكل ورديات عمل (صباحي، مسائي، ليلي) وبواقع ٨ ساعات لكل شفت. على الراغبين بالتقديم ارسال السيرة الذاتية على الايميل التالي [email protected] مع ذكر عنوان الوظيفة والشفت
