we are looking for a perceptive, creative TeleSales Executive: Brief: customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets Responsibilities: • Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services. • Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders. • Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue. • Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services. • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. • Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections. • Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences. • Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales Requirements: • Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred. • Proven experience working as a telesales executive. • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications. • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills. • Exceptional customer service skills • Required languages: English, Kurdish, Arabic المسمى الوظيفي: تنفيذي مبيعات عبر الهاتف تقديم التقارير إلى: مدير المبيعات موجز حول : تنفيذي المبيعات عبر الهاتف الموجه نحو العملاء للاستفادة من المكالمات الهاتفية الواردة والصادرة لتحقيق أهداف المبيعات. المسؤوليات: • دعوة العملاء الحاليين والمحتملين لإقناعهم بشراء منتجات الشركة وخدماتها. • تسجيل تفاصيل أوامر الشراء للعملاء بدقة. • توليد خيوط واعدة لفريق المبيعات الخارجي لمتابعة. • إدارة حسابات العملاء من خلال ضمان بقاء العملاء الحاليين راضين عن منتجات الشركة وخدماتها. • تطوير والحفاظ على علاقات متينة مع العملاء لتشجيع تكرار الأعمال. • استخدام نصوص المبيعات التي تقدمها الشركة لزيادة المبيعات والاستجابة لرفض العملاء. • تطوير معرفة متعمقة بمنتجات العملاء وخدماتهم لتقديم توصيات مناسبة بناءً على احتياجات العملاء وتفضيلاتهم. • تلبية أو تجاوز الأهداف اليومية والشهرية باستمرار فيما يتعلق بحجم المكالمات والمبيعات متطلبات: • درجة البكالوريوس من قسم التسويق ، والاتصالات ، وإدارة الأعمال ، أو مجال ذي صلة. • خبرة مثبته في العمل كمسؤول تنفيذي للمبيعات عبر الهاتف. • إجادة جميع تطبيقات Microsoft Office. • القدرة على متابعة البرامج النصية. • التفاوض القوي ومهارات البيع الاستشارية. • مهارات تنظيمية وحل المشكلات. • مهارات الاتصال فعالة. • مهارات خدمة العملاء الاستثنائية. • اللغات المطلوبة : لغة انجليزية , لغة كوردية , لغة عربية for interested candidates please apply on the email below : [email protected]
