Unigaz seeks a Procurement Officer with 3-5 years of experience in the gas sector. Responsibilities include preparing tender documents, assessing budgets, obtaining quotations, processing purchase orders, and evaluating suppliers. Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is required.
Unigaz company is an international company in the gas sector We are looking for a “Procurement officer” the candidate must have the below qualifications and skills ; • Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic and english languages • 3-5 years experiences in the mentioned position in the gas sector. •communication skilss Duties & Responsibilities: -Assist in the preparation of tender documents to ensure the assembly of realistic and commercial tenders. - Assist business units in assessing budgets prior to procuring goods and services. - Responsible for obtaining quotations. - Responsible for the preparation of purchase requisition. - Responsible for providing Bid Tabulation Forms - Responsible for the preparation and accurate processing of purchase orders. - Responsible for investigating qualitative and quantitative discrepancies between goods ordered and goods received. - Responsible for the accurate processing goods receipts. - Responsible for providing weekly feedback to the PM for the orders. - Responsible for generating monthly procurement reports, identify and investigate unusual items and report accordingly. - Prepare and follow up clearance procedure and any formal approvals - Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery lead time - Performs other job duties as assigned.
