We’re Hiring! 🌟 📢 Job Opportunity – Supervisor (Kurdistan Region) We are looking for a Supervisor for Kurdistan Region (Erbil, Sulaymaneyah, Duhok). In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the activities and team members to ensure that all operations within your area are carried out efficiently, in full compliance with policies, processes, and procedures. You will also play a critical role in providing data on company products and competitor performance, helping us stay ahead of market trends & ensuring that our products and services remain competitive. What you’ll do: ✅ Supervise and coach a talented sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. ✅ Promote our medicines portfolio while driving sales growth and market share. ✅ Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and market analysis reports to support strategic decision-making. ✅ Build and execute effective customer engagement plans and account strategies. ✅ Inspire, develop, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding results. What we’re looking for: 🎓 Pharmacist with at least 5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales 👥 Experience in Gynecology line is highly preferred; Dentistry experience is an advantage 💡 Strong track record in sales performance,planning, and team motivation. 🌍 Multilingual (English, Kurdish, Arabic) with excellent communication and leadership skills. 💻 Excellent computer skills. 📍 Resident in Erbil or Sulaymaneyah with proven experience in the territory.
