Job Duties - Greeting the customers. - Helping the customer to find the products. - Give information about the products to the customer. - Give the customer a basket when needed. - Say goodbye to the customer. - Receiving a new product. - Participating in the inventory new received products. - Participating in the monthly or yearly inventory. - Organize new products on the store shelves. - Cleaning products when needed. - Cleaning shelves when needed. Skills - Strong attention to detail in written and numeric tasks. - Solid knowledge of the sales field. - Great knowledge of customer service. - Ability to make a real product inventory. - Ability to work in different shifts. Reporting Structure - Reports directly to the Store supervisor. - No one reports to this position. Employee Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree or diploma degree in any related field. Languages - Kurdish: Native (Speaking, writing). - Arabic: Upper intermediate (Speaking, writing). Experience - 2 years or more experience in the retail industry. Skills - Excellent communication skills. - Working ability with tight deadlines. - Strong organizational skills. - Strong ethical standards. - Communication and negotiation skills. Environment - High-volume moving at the store. - Stay at the store for most of the day.
