The ideal candidate will have strong design skills and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: • Design various types of projects, like residential, healthcare, entertainment, and private villa projects. • Good knowledge of shop drawings and construction details. • Good knowledge of building materials. • Good knowledge of design software AutoCAD, 3dsmax(Corona-vary), photoshop, rhino(preferred), and Microsoft office. • Deliver projects from A-Z. • Managing projects with the requested delivery time. • Managing design workflow. • Perform other tasks related to the position as required by the supervisor. • Ability to work on ERP • Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering or interior design. • Exhibit proficiency in both Kurdish, English, and Arabic (preferred). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work. • Work Modality: • 6 days per week, Saturday-Thursday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. • Expected Salary: • Grade 7 of the company salary and grid matrix. • How to Apply: • Interested candidates are invited to submit their resumes (CV) to the e-mail: [email protected] #All_Kurdistan_Jobs .
