Job Description Position Title: Senior Vacuum / Balloon Press Operator Department: Production Reports To: Production Manager / Factory Manager Location: Erbil Salary: negotiable Working hours: 8am till 5pm from Saturday to Thursday Break time: 12pm to 1pm Job Summary The Senior Vacuum / Balloon Press Operator is responsible for operating, supervising, and optimizing the performance of two vacuum/balloon press machines to ensure high-quality production output. The role includes quality control, material waste reduction, assistant supervision, and achieving production targets in accordance with company standards and KPIs. -Key Responsibilities 1- Operate and supervise two (2) vacuum/balloon press machines efficiently. 2- Accurately set and control machine temperature, pressure, and timing parameters. 3- Ensure product quality standards are maintained (bubble-free, wrinkle-free, and clean finish). 4- Monitor and minimize material waste (PVC sheets, adhesives, and related materials). 5- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine maintenance when required. 6- Train, supervise, and guide assigned machine assistants. 7- Coordinate daily production planning with the Production Manager. 8- Submit weekly production and performance reports. 9- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with operational procedures. -Qualifications & Requirements 1-Minimum 5 years of proven experience in vacuum/balloon press operation. 2- Strong technical knowledge of PVC materials and adhesive applications. 3- Ability to troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues. 4- Strong leadership and teamwork skills. 5- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
