📌 Al-Sunober Company (Bin Ridha Alwan) is hiring - Position Title: Recruitment Assistant - Baghdad - Location: Baghdad – Alkarrada - Working Days: 6 Days from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday) Job Purpose: - The Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing high-volume and fast-paced recruitment activities within an FMCG environment. The role focuses on attracting and hiring talent across sales, operations, supply chain, and head office functions, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience through strong customer service and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for FMCG roles (Sales, Distribution, Warehousing, Operations, Head Office). - Handle high-volume hiring in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. - Act as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience. - Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and urgency. - Prepare and publish job advertisements on job portals, social media, and internal channels. Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders. - Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and feedback professionally. - Support offer preparation, documentation, and onboarding processes. - Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and talent pools. - Apply customer service best practices when dealing with candidates, employees, and external recruitment partners. - Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and local labor laws. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience in recruitment within FMCG, Retail, or high-volume hiring environments is preferred. - Previous background in Customer Service, Call Center, Sales Support, or Front Office roles is an advantage. Skills & Competencies: - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Good coordination and stakeholder management skills. - Attention to detail and confidentiality. - Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR systms.
