Job Title: Back Office Wireless Engineer Location: Erbil Responsibilities: - Responsible for wireless maintenance, E2E insure Network stability, CA, and Incident handling. - Wireless Technical leader manages the wireless network risk, the wireless network information, the technical issue E2E process, and support for internal, FM, and customer or another department (GSM UMTS LTE OSS and Power). - Network KPI insurance and delivery. - Able to handle the complaints of VIP user /CS complaint investigation. - CTO report handling. - Knowledge transfer/Training for wireless part.
