POWERCHINA is seeking a Contract Engineer for the Cost Department in Hillah, Babylon. Requires a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, at least 3 years of experience in construction projects, and an HSE certificate. English proficiency is preferred.

Is a Must. •Proven experience in project management and engineering. •English certificate preferred. •Strong communication and teamwork skills. •Other certificate proof the required responsibilities is preferred. •HSE certificate. •Computer certificate is preferred . •Mid-level at minimum, at least 3 years’ experience in construction projects of the privet sector, for related responsibilities which are required.
