ElectroMall in Erbil is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the operations of their electronics and home appliance store. The role involves managing staff, inventory, sales, and customer service.
Job Title: Branch Manager Location: ElectroMall [Erbil] [Grand Majidi Mall] Department: Retail Reports to: CEO Job Summary: As the Branch Manager at [ElectroMall], you will be responsible for the overall management and efficient operation of our electronics and home appliance store branch. You will oversee a team of dedicated sales and support staff, ensuring that the branch meets and exceeds its sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Branch Operations: Efficiently manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance. Ensure the branch is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to customers. Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance, making necessary adjustments to meet and exceed sales goals. Customer Service: Promote a culture of exceptional customer service within the branch. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure adequate stock levels of products. Implement inventory control measures to minimize loss and maximize profitability. Financial Management: Manage branch budgets, control expenses, and report financial performance to CEO. Implement cost-effective measures to optimize branch profitability. Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Implement security measures to protect assets and prevent theft or loss. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • More than 5 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in electronics and home appliances. • Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (written and spoken) for effective communication. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Knowledge of electronics, gaming tools, laptops, mobile accessories, and home appliances. • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
