Farage Printing Industries is a private company in Erbil and is seeking for a qualified Customer Relations to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that the customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and with speed and professionalism; follow up to ensure resolution. • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents by recording account information, Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems. • Assist with placemen to orders, refunds, or exchanges and answer questions about warranties or terms of sales. Skills and requirements • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. • Advance in oral and written in Arabic, English, and Kurdish.
