شركة برايم للتوصيل السريع بحاجة الى (موظف تذاكر) في وحدة التذاكر لقسم خدمة العملاء للقيام بالمهام الموكلة اليه ادناه حسب وصف الوظيفة :- 1- استقبال جميع التذاكر الواردة عبر النظام. 2- فرز التذاكر وتحديد أولوياتها (عادية – عاجلة – تحتاج تصعيد). 3- الرد على التذاكر البسيطة والمتكررة مباشرة باستخدام قاعدة المعرفة والسياسات المحددة. 4- الاتصال بالعملاء او أي طرف عند الحاجة لتوضيح تفاصيل او جمع معلومات إضافية تساعد على الحل 5- رفع التذاكر المعقدة أو التشغيلية إلى المشرف لتصعيدها للعمليات. 6- متابعة حالة التذكرة لحين إغلاقها وضمان تحديث العميل بالخطوات المؤهلات التعليمية:- شهادة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس موقع العمل الرئيسي في بغداد الكرخ ( يفضل ان يكون من سكنة المناطق القريبة من حي حطين) الراتب (600,000 الف دينار عراقي) اوقات العمل 8 ساعات باليوم من السبت الى الخميس 6 ايام بالاسبوع طبيعة العمل مسائي يمكن تقديم السيرة الذاتية على الرقم الأتي في الواتس اب:- 07870191915 ملاحظة/ عند التقديم يرجى ذكر اسم العنوان الوظيفي المراد التقديم عليه في حقل الموضوع
