مطلوب مندوب مبيعات ميداني - (زيارات ميدانية) شركة متخصصة في مواد البناء في بغداد تبحث عن مندوب مبيعات ميداني. الوظيفــــــــة \ (للذكـــــور حصــــراً) المهام والمسؤوليات: • القيام بزيارات ميدانية في المجمعات السكنية والمناطق المستهدفة لعرض منتجات الشركة والترويج لها. • التفاعل مع العملاء و شرح مزايا المنتجات والإجابة على أسئلتهم. • تحقيق أهداف المبيعات المحددة أسبوعيًا. • جمع معلومات العملاء (مثل الاسم، رقم الهاتف، الاهتمام) وتحويلها إلى فرص مبيعات. • متابعة العملاء المحتملين بعد اللقاء الأول لضمان تحويلهم إلى زبائن. • تنسيق مع فريق الإدارة لتحديد أفضل المناطق المستهدفة والعروض الترويجية. • إعداد تقارير دورية عن النشاط الميداني (عدد الزيارات، العملاء، المبيعات) وإرسالها للإدارة. • تقديم اقتراحات أفكار لتحسين استراتيجية المبيعات الميدانية والتسويق. المتطلبات: • خبرة سابقة في المبيعات (يفضّل مبيعات ميدانية أو زيارات ميدانية) لاتقل عن 3 سنوات. • مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على إقناع العملاء. • قدرة على التنقل داخل بغداد (يفضل من يمتلك وسيلة نقل). • تنظيم جيد وإدارة وقت ورغبة قوية في تحقيق الأهداف. • القدرة على إعداد تقارير وتحليل ميداني. • يفضل من لديه خبرة في سوق مواد البناء أو معرفة بمنافذ التوزيع. • استخدام الهاتف الذكي لتسجيل بيانات العملاء والمتابعة. الراتب : (راتب أساسي + عمولة حسب المبيعات) . طريقـــــة التقديـــــم: يرجى إرسال السيرة الذاتية مع ذكر العنوان الوظيفي في حقل الموضوع (مندوب مبيعات ميداني) عبر البريد الالكتروني ([email protected])
