Key Responsibilities .Lead and motivate the sales team to meet regional targets. .Manage and expand our client base across Erbil, Duhok, and Sulaymaniyah. .Provide technical and scientific presentations of aesthetic products to clinics and specialists. .Develop sales strategies for the KRG market. Requirements .Background: Degree in Pharmacy, Biology, or a related scientific field preferred. .Experience: Proven track record in medical/aesthetic sales and team leadership. .Mobility: Full ability to travel frequently within the KRG region. .Languages: Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic; English is a plus. .Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities.
