Era Link Holding is hiring a Business Development Assistant Location: Erbil Employment Type: Full-time Start Date: As soon as possible We are looking for a motivated and curious recent graduate or an early-career professional to join our team as a Business Development Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and eventually take on leadership responsibilities. Role Overview: ▪️ Support market research and data analysis under supervision. ▪️ Assist in preparing financial reports and learning basic financial modeling techniques. ▪️ Participate in technology and innovation-related projects. ▪️ Help coordinate meetings, follow up on action items, and contribute to team presentations. ▪️ Shadow senior team members to gain exposure to business development activities and strategic decision-making. Requirements: ▪️ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. ▪️ Strong interest in business development, market research, and financial analysis. ▪️ Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive. ▪️ Basic proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (training will be provided). ▪️ Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
