Our services span freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, distribution, last-mile delivery, and project cargo. With strong local expertise and a trusted partner network, we deliver reliable, efficient, and cost-effective operations—from import/export documentation to on-time delivery. Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day logistics and transportation activities, drive operational excellence, and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution across all movements. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily logistics, transportation, and warehouse operations to meet service and cost targets. - Lead and coach operations teams; enforce safety, quality, and SOP compliance. - Coordinate with clients, carriers, and customs to ensure timely shipment clearance. - Plan routes and monitor schedules; resolve operational issues and delays promptly. - Track KPIs, analyze performance, and implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency. - Maintain strong relationships with port authorities, vendors, and local stakeholders. - Prepare accurate operational reports and updates for management. Requirements: - Owns a car and holds a valid driver’s license. - Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics/transportation/operations (experience in South Iraq preferred). - Solid knowledge of customs procedures, port operations, and local transport routes. - Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficient communication in Arabic and English. - Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. - Good computer skills (Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics systems/ERP is a plus).
