Call Center Supervisor (2 Positions) Sabeel Al-Rashed Group is looking to hire: Call Center Supervisor – 2 Vacancies Locations: Al-Jadriya & Al-Bunouk Responsibilities: Supervise and follow up on the call center team’s daily performance. Ensure accurate and fast order handling. Monitor call quality and customer service standards. Train and guide new staff. Handle and resolve customer complaints. Prepare required management reports. Follow up on achieving performance targets and KPIs. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in call center supervision or customer service. Strong communication and leadership skills.
