We Are Hiring | Join Our Team at Ayass Automotive Career Opportunity: Parts Advisor – Fallujah Ayass Automotive is looking for a highly detailed and technically skilled (Parts Advisor) to join our Service Center team in Fallujah. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring a seamless maintenance experience for our customers through efficiency and technical expertise. Qualifications & Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience specifically within Automotive Service Centers. - Age: Must not exceed 35 years old. - Residency: Must be a resident of Fallujah. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC) and inventory management systems. - Soft Skills: Quick learner, ability to work under pressure within a workshop environment, and excellent communication skills with both technicians and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Accurately and swiftly provide required spare parts for Job Cards. - Maintain constant coordination with Service Advisors and technicians to ensure workflow efficiency. - Manage daily inventory checks and ensure the availability of fast-moving/consumable parts. -Provide technical advice to customers regarding genuine spare parts and warranties.
