Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the company’s technology roadmap in line with business goals. • Lead and manage IT and development teams to ensure efficient performance. • Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies to optimize operations and drive innovation. • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of all IT systems and infrastructures. • Collaborate with executive management to support strategic decision-making. • Monitor industry trends and assess their potential impact on the company’s operations. Requirements: • Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role (CTO, Head of IT, or similar). • Strong background in IT infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity. • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills. • Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology with business objectives. • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
