Hiring for visa and ticketing position in Erbil. Duties include handling customer inquiries, issuing tickets, booking flights, and processing visas.
Our Company Needs Visa and Ticketing Employee to join our team in #Erbil Duties and Requirements: 1- Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone 2- Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections 3-Issue tickets, boarding passes and other travel documents 4-Help passengers with check-in procedures, baggage handling and special needs 5- Assist customers with problems that may arise during travel 6-Process ticket changes and refunds 7- Assist in other duties such as scheduling flights and handling customer complaints 8- Book flights, travel, and accommodation, 9- Keep a list of preferred accommodation providers 10- Advise travellers of and assists with any need for specialized travel documents such as Keep traveller database (passport info, traveller preferences, etc.) up to date 11- Short term visa applications and liaison with relevant immigration consultants - Ad Hoc or other related duties as assigned If you are interested, Please Send your cv with subject (visa and ticketing) to : [email protected] #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
