Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Erbil for a Field Service Supervisor. The Field Service Supervisor will oversee day-to-day field operations, manage on-site teams, and ensure smooth execution of services while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, addressing any operational issues, troubleshooting challenges, ensuring safety compliance, and acting as the main point of contact between the team and clients. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing field teams Knowledge of Field Service operations and the ability to ensure efficient service delivery Customer Satisfaction skills to address client needs professionally and ensure positive feedback Problem-solving and Troubleshooting abilities to address and resolve unexpected challenges on-site Effective Communication skills to liaise with both teams and clients in a clear and professional manner Ability to work independently and maintain organizational standards Proficiency in using relevant tools and technology for efficient field operations is a plus Prior experience in the service industry and fluency in Kurdish and English are highly desirable [email protected] #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
