This role involves managing product development, coordinating service offerings, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall service experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both product management and service coordination, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in product management, service coordination, or a related role. Proven track record of managing products and coordinating services, ideally within a customer-facing environment. Skills: Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple products and services simultaneously, balancing competing priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
