هەلی کار لە پەیمانگای دیلمان Dilman International Language Institute Job Title: Admin/Social Media Specialist Report to: General Manager Main Responsibilities and Tasks: - Responsible for creating and administering content on all social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, to build an audience and ensure customer engagement. - Update website content when needed, respond to reader expectations, - Prepare for creative design and videos. - Respond to phone calls and Facebook and Instagram messages. - Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification. - review and follow up competitor's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube….) and prepare content and posts accordingly. - Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to react and engage with the post. - Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information. - Assist general manager for preparing and replying to emails, letters and prepare draft of job announcements for needed staff and teachers. - Search on Youtube and other website for new ideas and development of processes and new courses. - Assist General Manager for applying tenders and search for new projects at corporates. - Maintain records and filling system. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - Good knowledge in computer literacy in MS Word, MS Excel. - Knowledge in Photoshop and Video editors' applications. - Fluency in English and Kurdish Languages (written and spoken), Arabic language skills is preferred. - Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant persuasive and assertive personality. - Dynamic, enthusiastic, open minded and results driven.
