Seeking a self-starting event assistant in Erbil with strong communication skills, able to handle multiple tasks, responsible for customer service, vendor relations, and coordination.
An events management company has an exciting new opportunity! Looking to hire an organized self-starter to be our new Event Operations Assistant. To be successful as an Event Operations Assistant, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time. The position is office-based in Erbil. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships with vendors. • Follow up on events progress on the field and resolve field issues. • Promptly answer the questions of staff and other stakeholders. • Maintain division database. • Provide clients with continuous support. • Coordinate between the company divisions.
