Bestun group is hiring a marketing specialist Location: Sulaymaniyah – head office Department: Marketing Gender: Female Working Days and Time: 6 days a week - 8 hours a day Annual leave: 20 days Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field A year of professional experience in marketing or event planning Excellent written and verbal communication skills linguistic skills; Kurdish, Arabic & English are required Creativity and innovative thinking Duties & Responsibilities The event coordinator would be the host speaker of our all-official events on set and off set, especially on our official SMPs. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to developing timelines, managing budgets, writing copy, and coordinating logistics. Identify the brand’s requirements and expectations for each event. Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order. Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes. Maintain event budgets after estimation process taken place. Book venues, entertainers, photographers, and schedule speakers. Conduct final inspections on the period of the events to ensure everything adheres to our brand’s standards. Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.
