Date: 08-11-2021 Sales Representative (Outdoor Sales) – Erbil, Sulaymaniyah and Duhok Concept Interiors, specialized in interior design and decoration, announces the need for a sales representative in Erbil, Sulaymaniyah & Duhok, Governorates according to the following conditions and regulations. Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential project area. 2. Conduct site visits (business buildings or residence buildings) to present CI. 3. Report to BDM for specific instruction and conduct joint site visits. 4. Recommend means of advertisement for Concept interiors in coordinate with BDM. 5. Present Concept Interiors to the clients with direct and indirect contacts to get confirmed response. 6. Through the professional ways (such as company profile, presentation and previous projects...etc.) to show capabilities of Concept Interiors, which are the factory, show room with its design section and idea about previous works. 7. With positive responses make further coordination and follow up will be made with BDM. 8. Prepare Weekly activity reports. 9. Survey the market and gain full details and information about the market and current projects and prepare a report based on daily visit. 10. The ability to close all cases (following with client till end of the project) and giving to BDM clear report about the case if it's positive or negative and the reason also. Requirements: 1-Field experience in the field of sales and marketing of not less than two years. 2- Full knowledge of all areas of the Governorates of (either / or) Erbil; Sulemania ; Dohuk 3- He must be at least 23 years of age. 4- Fluency in speaking Kurdish and Arabic. 5- Good knowledge of using computer and Office programs such as MS Word and MS Excel. Skills: 1- Good experience in communicating with customers and corporate employees. 2- Ability to follow up and write reports 3- Ability to follow the requirements of the market and provide the best proposals to achieve the highest possible sales. 4- Ability to work within a team. 5- The ability of self-motivation and entrepreneurship.
