Content Creator & Social Media Manager – Specialized Medical Center Position: Content Creator & Social Media Manager Location: [Hawler] Job Type: [Full-time] Salary: [Negotiable] Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Content Creator & Social Media Manager to develop high-quality medical content, enhance the online presence of our specialized medical center, and engage with our patient community. The ideal candidate will have expertise in content creation, social media management, and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of medical topics and healthcare communication. Key Responsibilities: Medical Content Creation: Develop informative and engaging content related to healthcare services, treatments, and medical conditions. Create visually appealing graphics, short videos, and written posts to promote medical expertise and patient education. Collaborate with doctors and medical staff to ensure content accuracy and credibility. Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and industry trends to create relevant content. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the medical center’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Plan and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries professionally. Highlight patient success stories, new treatments, and healthcare tips to build trust and credibility. Maintain a consistent brand voice and professional tone across all platforms. Strategy & Performance Analysis: Develop and implement strategies to increase patient engagement and brand awareness. Track social media performance, analyze insights, and optimize content based on data. Prepare reports on key metrics and suggest improvements for digital marketing efforts. Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative teams to align content with the medical center’s mission. Identify opportunities for influencer partnerships and community engagement. Explore new content formats, trends, and digital strategies to enhance visibility. Requirements: Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry. Proficiency in design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.). Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify medical concepts for a general audience. Knowledge of SEO, healthcare marketing trends, and digital advertising is a plus. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment. Can speak and understand (Kurdish – Arabic – English) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a healthcare-related field. Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare-related organization. Familiarity with medical regulations and patient confidentiality standards.
