MERCHANDISING MANAGER job opportunity in Erbil A Leading Bank in KRG Key Responsibilities: -Merchandising Strategy: Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with overall marketing and branding objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all channels. -Promotional Material Development: Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, banners, posters, and other collateral. Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. -In-Branch Displays: Plan and implement visually appealing in-branch display to enhance the overall customer experience. Collaborate with branch managers to align merchandising with specific branch goals and promotions. -Vendor Management: Identify and manage relationships with vendors, printers, and suppliers for merchandising materials. Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effective solutions. -Brand Consistency: Ensure consistent application of the bank's visual identity in all merchandising materials. Conduct regular audits to maintain brand integrity. -Budget Management: Develop and manage the merchandising budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Track expenses and provide regular reports to leadership. -Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences related to merchandising. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience (5-7 years) in merchandising, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
