Seeking an experienced Project Manager with a Civil Engineering background to oversee construction projects in Baghdad, with skills in design software, team management, and communication.
Job Position :Project Manager. Location: Baghdad - Airport Street (AUIB Project). Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus · 10–15 years of experience in construction projects · Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager · Proven ability to lead and manage construction workers and subcontractors · Hands-on experience with design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) · Abroad experience is a plus · Excellent communication and leadership skills · Strong problem-solving abilities · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) · Ability to set targets, objectives, and responsibilities for supervised staff · Experience in managing administrative matters related to supervised personnel · Proven capability to manage execution teams across all levels—from site engineers and supervisors to laborers · Proactive planning to anticipate and resolve potential issues · Committed to delivering high-quality work within contractual deadlines · Willingness to work both on-site and in the office To apply kindly, send your CV to [email protected]
