Seeking an Application Specialist in IT with 2+ years experience, supporting company departments and providing system support, including SQL report development.
Bahar Group is looking for an Application Specialist in Sulaimanyah Branch (HQ), Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant position and Speak Arabic & Kurdish Job Details: Job Title: Application Specialist • Name of the company : Bahari Kar • Duty Station: Sulaymaniyah / HQ • Working Hours Full Time/ 6 days in week • Function / Department / Section: IT • Directly Reporting To / Line Manager: IT Section Head Job Brief: Application Support jobs seek candidates with both business skills and technical IT knowledge, and demands an ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure. Main Job duties: Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications and ERP system. Working with company departments and provide support during daily work. Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required. Assisting with systems integrations. Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date. Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures. Identifying and resolving technical issues. Managing coordination at a local and international level where required. Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business. Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization’s systems. Developing reports for teams across the business needs using SQL statement. Design and implement any new software and solution based on the business requirements. Requirements: Essential Academic qualification & Work experience. · Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. · Minimum two years’ experience in software development and application support. Technical Skills requirements: SQL Microsoft Asp.net using C# or VB Python® Linux Windows server Git Odoo or any ERP system. DevOps Power BI #Google flutter Personal qualities & behavioral traits Written and Verbal communication skills in Kurdish, Very good in Arabic and English. · Good knowledge about business process and ability to understand the functionality of other departments like Accounting, Sales, Inventory and Procurement.
