Position: Head of Human Resources Location: Erbil Client: A group of companies Working days/ hours: Sunday to Thursday 9:00-5:00 Purpose of the role: to lead transformative strategies and strategic HR initiatives aligned with company goals. Develop and implement policies that reflect the company culture and values. Foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace environment. Attract and retain top talent through innovative HR practices. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience in a managerial level where he/she was responsible for strategic HR management, drafting and implementing policies and procedures and aligning them with company's culture, mission and vision.
