This role ensures compliance with local labor laws while assisting in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR administration. 📝 Key Responsibilities • Ensure HR processes and employee files comply with labor laws. • Maintain employee records, contracts, leave balances, and disciplinary actions. • Manage recruitment and onboarding. • Handle employee inquiries and support positive employee relations. • Monitor attendance, leave, shifts, and overtime approvals. • Support payroll and benefits administration. • Assist in performance appraisals. • Support HR policies, reporting, documentation, and events. • Coordinate employee travel and other HR administrative activities. ✅ Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Previous experience in an HR role (HR Officer or similar). • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws. • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in MS Office; HRIS experience is a plus. • Fluency in Kurdish and Arabic is mandatory. • English proficiency at B2 level is required. 📩 To Apply Send your CV to: [email protected] or via WhatsApp: 07714054545 Please mention “HR Officer – Suly” in the subject line.
