HR generalist needed for Sumer Bakery in Karrada, female only, with 2-3 years experience, responsible for onboarding, recruitment, HR policies, and employee relations.
شركة سومر لانتاج الحلويات والمخبوزات حاجتها الى موظفه HR generalist موقع العمل الكرادة داخل ملاحظة: الوظيفة للاناث حصرا ضمن المواصفات الاتية Responsibilities/Duties: •Conduct employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. •Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews. •Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. •Manage employee relations, address employee concerns, and provide guidance on HR-related matters. •Maintain and update employee records, including personnel files and HR databases. •Assist in performance management activities, such as performance appraisals and development plans. •Handle benefits administration and answer employee inquiries related to benefits. •Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. •Assist in HR reporting and data analysis to support decision-making. •Support HR initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Generalist. •Knowledge of HR laws and regulations. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills. •Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. •Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. •Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. •Detail-oriented and organized.
