Job Title: Sales Operations Officer Department: Sales Location: Erbil, Iraq Application Deadline: January 15, 2026 Job Summary: The Sales Operation Officer works closely with the Sales team and management to support daily operational processes, coordinate sales activities, and ensure the smooth execution of sales procedures. The role involves managing internal systems, maintaining accurate sales records, supporting customer orders, and ensuring that sales-related tasks are completed on time and according to company policies. Key Responsibilities: · Coordinating and supporting daily sales operational activities between the Sales team, clients, and other departments. · Preparing and maintaining sales reports, order tracking sheets, and inventory updates. · Assisting in the preparation and processing of sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules. · Following up with clients on order confirmations, delivery times, and after-sales support. · Monitoring sales performance against targets and reporting variances to the Sales Operation Manager. · Ensuring customer data and records are accurately updated in the system. · Coordinating with the Warehouse and Logistics teams for order dispatch and stock availability. · Handling routine customer inquiries and resolving any operational issues in coordination with the relevant teams. · Supporting the implementation of sales procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies. · Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management review. · Participating in meetings and contributing to improvements in sales processes and customer service. · Any other tasks assigned by the Sales Operation Manager. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. · Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales operations, order processing, or customer service. · Strong communication and organizational skills. · Good analytical skills and attention to detail. · Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). · Fluent in Arabic and Kurdish (both speaking and writing); English is an advantage. · Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. · Good teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
