Hiring an experienced Data Entry professional with 7+ years in oil and gas, expertise in inspection data management, proficient in Excel, for tasks involving inspection report review and data extraction.
NYCO Group, a leading provider of oil and gas services, is seeking to hire a qualified Data Entry NDE Background Position Tittle: Data Entry NDE Background Mandatory Experience: Minimum seven (7) years of experience in the oil & gas industry Direct experience in inspection, NDT, or asset integrity support activities Proven hands-on experience in: Entering inspection and NDT data into inspection or integrity management databases Reviewing and verifying inspection data prior to engineering approval Strong working knowledge of NDT inspection data, particularly: UT thickness measurements Corrosion and inspection reporting terminology Demonstrated ability to: Extract technical data from inspection reports and engineering documents Identify data inconsistencies, missing information, and anomalies Solid experience using Microsoft Excel for technical data handling and reporting (mandatory) Ability to read and understand: P&IDs Isometric drawings Inspection datasheets Good English communication skills, both written and verbal, for reporting and coordination Prior experience working directly in field inspection or NDT operations Experience with: Integrity management systems Inspection databases or asset registers Exposure to pipeline integrity or static equipment inspection programs Experience supporting: Integrity assessments Corrosion monitoring programs Prior involvement in: Audit support Data validation for regulatory or client reviews Software: Power BI Premveria Excel and SAP 📩 Application Instructions: Qualified candidates are invited to submit their CVs to [email protected], with “Data Entry NDE Background” in the subject line.
