📢 Shahan Company is Hiring – Duhok 🔹 Position: CDP – Staff Canteen (Chef de Partie) 🏨 Hotel: DDK Collection Hotel 📍 Location: Duhok 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time ⏰ Working Hours: Rotation 8-hour shifts (including weekends & public holidays) 📌 Job Summary: The Chef de Partie – Staff Canteen is responsible for managing the staff kitchen, ensuring the preparation of nutritious, hygienic, and cost-effective meals for hotel employees. The role focuses on maintaining food quality, consistency, staff satisfaction, and controlling food costs while minimizing waste. 🛠 Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals for staff according to approved menus • Ensure meals are nutritious and suitable for a diverse workforce • Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes • Ensure timely service (breakfast, lunch, dinner) • Assist in planning weekly/monthly menus • Incorporate variety and seasonal ingredients • Adjust menus based on feedback and operational needs • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards • Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations • Monitor food storage, labeling, and temperature control • Control food costs and minimize waste • Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering supplies • Supervise kitchen staff and provide training • Ensure teamwork and smooth workflow • Maintain kitchen equipment and report issues 🎓 Qualifications & Experience: • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management (preferred) • 3–5 years of kitchen experience (hotel or large-scale catering preferred) • Experience in bulk cooking or staff canteen operations is an advantage 💡 Skills & Competencies: • Strong knowledge of bulk cooking and meal planning • Understanding of nutrition and balanced meals • Cost control and inventory management • Leadership and supervision skills • Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene standards • Ability to work under pressure 👤 Personal Attributes: • Responsible and organized • Practical and resourceful • Team-oriented with good communication skills • Flexible and adaptable • Positive attitude 💰 Salary: To be determined 📩 How to Apply: Send your CV to: 📧 [email protected] 📌 Subject: CDP – Staff Canteen 🚶 Walk-in Interviews: Visit DDK Collection Hotel – Shahan Tower 📌 Job Reference: DDK-VA-KIT-2026-003 #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
