Seeking a patient services and laser technician to handle patient registration, consultations, and operate laser and RF equipment. Requires relevant experience.
Job Title: Patient Services & laser Technician Reports to: Patient Service Coordinator Location: Kirkuk Road, Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region, Iraq Responsibilities, Duties, and Accountabilities: - Greets and registers patients at the reception desk, ensuring a friendly and service-oriented experience. - Answers/ transfers incoming phone calls when necessary. - Schedules, reschedules or cancels new or current patients, confirms appointments and notifies staff of changes when necessary. - Obtains proper patient information and ensures accuracy and completion of necessary documentation. - Collects and logs all co-pays and fees. - Conduct thorough patient consultations to understand medical history, skin type, and treatment goals. - Evaluate patient suitability for laser and RF treatments, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. - Pre-registers, submits reports and documents, inputs clinical data as needed for the appointment, and requests films as needed. - Operate and maintain advanced laser and RF equipment according to manufacturer guidelines. - Ensure patient comfort during and after treatments by providing pre- and post-procedure care instructions. - Monitor patient responses during procedures and address any adverse reactions promptly. - Maintain a sterile and safe environment to prevent infection and ensure compliance with health regulations. - Perform routine checks, cleaning, and calibration of laser and RF devices. - Maintain an inventory of consumables and request supplies as needed. - Responds to patient’s minor questions and concerns, and refer to line manager, when necessary, in an expedient manner. - Maintains awareness of the temperament/mood of patients in lobby in order to ensure optimal service experience and curtail any frustrations or communication that could affect the experience of other patients. - Provides management with reports and logs when required. -Other duties include promoting the centre to providers and community members. - Travel to other cities as required to participate in training programs. - Any other duties assigned by line manager #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
