Senior IT Systems Administrator Location: Erbil Office Company: DNO Iraq AS – Kurdistan Business Unit Full-Time DNO Iraq AS is seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Systems Administrator to lead enterprise network operations and advanced systems administration across multiple sites within the Kurdistan region. This role requires deep expertise in Cisco enterprise networking, strong Microsoft 365 administration, and hands-on experience in designing and maintaining secure, scalable hybrid infrastructure environments. Key Responsibilities Lead architecture and design of on-prem, cloud, and hybrid systems Design, deploy, and optimize Cisco-based enterprise networks Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Azure AD) Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware) Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes Strengthen security controls and compliance frameworks Provide advanced technical support and mentor junior IT staff Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 5–7+ years of enterprise IT systems & networking experience Strong Cisco enterprise routing & switching expertise Experience in multi-site WAN environments CCNP (or higher) certification Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator (or equivalent) Security+ or similar cybersecurity certification Experience in oil & gas, energy, telecom, or large enterprises is a plus Application Deadline: February 15, 2026 If you are a results-driven IT professional ready to contribute to a dynamic enterprise environment, we encourage you to apply. http://dno.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/en-US/DNO_Careers/details/Senior-IT-Systems-Administrator_JR-00129 #All_Kurdistan_Jobs
