Job Title: Event Management & Social Media Intern Gender: Female Location: Baghdad Duration: 2 Months with possibility of extension Language: Fluent in English – Arabic Salary: 500$ About the Role We’re looking for an energetic and creative Event Management & Social Media Intern to support our events and digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys planning, coordination, content creation, and being hands-on during events. Key Responsibilities Event Management • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events (online & offline) • Coordinate with vendors, speakers, partners, and internal teams • Help manage event logistics (registrations, schedules, materials, venue setup) • Support on-ground event operations and post-event follow-ups • Assist in collecting feedback and preparing event reports Social Media • Support in Social Media shoot prep and planning • Cover events live on social media (photos, videos, updates) • Monitor engagement, comments, and messages • Support basic analytics and performance tracking Requirements • Currently pursuing or recently completing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Media, or a related field • Strong communication and organizational skills • Creative mindset with an interest in social media trends • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and tools • Comfortable multitasking and working in fast-paced environments • Willingness to be hands-on during events Good to Have (Not Mandatory) • Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools • Basic photography or video editing skills • Prior experience in events, college fests, or social media pages What You’ll Gain • Real-world experience in events and digital marketing • Opportunity to build a strong portfolio • Networking exposure and mentorship • Certificate / Stipend (if applicable) How to Apply If you meet the requirements and are interested in this opportunity, please send your updated CV to [email protected] Please include " Event Management & Social Media Intern- Baghdad “in the subject line of your email
