Hiring an experienced garment factory manager with over 10 years in the industry to oversee production, staff, and quality in Baghdad.
Garment Factory General Manager Key Goal: We are looking to hire an experienced factory manager- with more than 10 years of experience in garment and textile manufacturing industry- to comply with our company vision and mission to ensure that factory targets are met. Roles and Responsibilities: • A good knowledge of garment production process. • Developing new business opportunities. • Maintaining open communication channels between internal and external stakeholders • Production planning and management. • Work study & time study • Line balancing • Plant & machine lay-out • Industrial cost analysis • Personnel management • Business strategic management Experience and qualification necessary to perform the job: • BS degree in a related field. • Must have worked in factories involved in apparel garments production to understand the garment production cycle (from design to pattern making to production techniques to be able to utilize waste and make production cycle short and smooth to end up as a high-quality finished garment in-store) • 10+ years of experience in Apparel/ Readymade garments factory is a must in areas of clothing operation or apparel factory management senior position. • Experience with uniforms manufacturing is a plus. • Rich experience in garment production in terms of process, quality, stock management, sales forecast with sales teams and waste utilization. • Project management skills. • Lean Manufacturing.
